General information about classes
Classes are roughly one hour in duration. Most classes will begin with a warm up, then lead to an overview of certain CrossFit skills and movements used in the day’s workout. The workout of the day will then be performed. The athlete should then document the day’s workout along with weights used and the time it took them to complete the workout in their personal workout journal.
